All reinforced concrete work will be under taken by deploying mixer machine and concrete compacted with vibrator.
Optimum water-cement ratio of concrete will be maintained, there by ensuring maximum concrete strength.
M-20 concrete with a mix proportion of 1 : 1.5 : 3 will be applied for slabs exposed to rain and sunlight.
Maximum effort will be made to utilize mortar (cement-sand mix with water) within
1 ˝ hours of mixing to optimize maximum strength.
Special labor will be engaged only for curing work.
All the villas will have seismic resistant structural design.
