Established in 1994 by Mr.P.V George, Chief engineer (Retd), Kerala PWD and currently Managing Director of Kottayam Construction Company. He has 40 years service in the Civil construction field.

All the works are conducted under his personal supervision and scrutiny.

Completed in 1997 and fully sold out. The Red Cross homeopathic super specialty hospital is located in this complex.

Opposite Baselios College on Good-Shepherd Road, Kottayam.
Completed in 2002 and fully sold out.

KCC is the proprietor of ‘Woodland’, a 2000 sq.ft Furniture Showroom in Pulickal Trade Center, Kottayam, dealers of Ind-Royal & Zuari Furniture.
